Customer Experience expert with several years of experience. She implements strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and transforming the company towards client-centricity. During more than twenty years of professional career, regardless of the area of responsibility, she always puts the customer in the center. She gained professional experience in telecommunications companies, T-Mobile and Orange, and now she works in the retail industry. At MediaMarktSaturn Polska she is responsible for the Customer Experience strategy, customer satisfaction research, including NPS, customer service in all areas, handling the complaint process, and Call Center management.
She considers – as her greatest success – doing what she loves and skillfully combining a job that is her passion, with her private life.
